Jenn Richey Nicholas is the CEO and co-founder of Pixel Parlor, Philadelphia’s only woman-owned, Certified B Corporation branding and design studio. Since 2012, she has guided the studio’s growth from a two-person partnership into a nationally recognized creative team known for its 360-Degree Branding approach. A designer at heart and a strategist by practice, Jenn is passionate about helping purpose-driven organizations elevate their brands, connect with their audiences, and create lasting impact. Beyond Pixel Parlor, she is an active leader in Philadelphia’s business and sustainability communities, formerly serving on the board of the Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia.
