The IBA is excited to kick off our ERG Network by scheduling more consistent ways to stay connected, outside of our annual ERG Summit. 

What: BiMonthly, 45 minute informal virtual gatherings 

Where: Zoom! 

Why: Share wins, struggles, ambitions, resources and community! 

Who: ERG members, ERG leaders, HR / DEI professionals, aspiring ERG groups. This is a free and open event. IBA members and non-members are welcome to join.
