Mosaic Bloom Counseling is a trauma-focused private practice founded and led by Marquita Bolden, LCSW, offering EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to adults navigating the effects of trauma - including trauma shaped by race, gender, and identity.

We believe healing isn't about erasing what's happened to you, but about weaving the fragmented pieces of your story into a whole you can recognize and trust - the mosaic our name reflects. Our approach is identity-affirming, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA+ affirming at its core, not as an add-on: we understand trauma within its social and political context, and we work from the belief that every part of who you are deserves to be met with curiosity and respect, not just tolerance.

The therapeutic relationship comes first in our work. Whether you're processing a specific traumatic experience with EMDR or exploring the different parts of yourself through IFS, our goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and supported as you move toward a more integrated sense of self.

Mosaic Bloom is based in Elkins Park, PA, providing in-person sessions locally and telehealth across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
