New and Improved IBA Info Hub for Members!

The IBA has implemented a new member platform, which we’re calling the “Info Hub” powered by GrowthZone. Using your personal login, you can update your directory listing, connect with other IBA members, register for events, pay membership dues, offer discounts, and more!

To get started, you will need to create a login with your current email.

If you are not able to log in, we may have a different email address on record, or you may not be a member. Please contact us to check your membership status (iba@thinkiba.com)

Once you have successfully created a login, we strongly encourage you to update your info, directory listing, and update your billing information. Full list of features is below.

• General Info
  • Update your mailing address, phone number, and professional bio.
  • Join specific email lists to stay up to date or join a committee that works to support the IBA and our mission.
• Directory Listing
  • Update contact info, search description, search keywords, select business categories, upload images and videos. Utilizing all of these features will help other IBA Members find you and your business easier!
• My Billing Info
  • View and pay outstanding invoices, update billing info, securely store payment info and enroll in autopay for annual IBA Membership.
• Events
  • View and register for all upcoming IBA events!
• Active Member Directory
  • Browse the hundreds of active IBA members, read about their businesses and organizations, and find contact info to make a new connection.
• Member to Member Discounts
  • View, utilize, and upload discounts for all IBA Members to enjoy! This is a great way to promote your services and to uplift other LGBTQ+ and allied businesses across the region.
• Resources and News Items
  • Stay up to date on recent news from the IBA and our members, as well as download specific resources for IBA Members.
